Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist users with questions related to the streaming platform, including account setup, playlists, and features.
• Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot platform-related problems for users.
• Educate customers on how to maximize their experience on the music streaming platform.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support, especially related to technology or streaming services, is preferred.
• A passion for music and familiarity with music streaming platforms.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Experience with customer service software is a plus.
