Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients in French to assess their ticketing requirements and event service needs.
• Provide tailored advice and solutions on using online ticketing platforms for effective event management.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to clients on industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
• Keep up to date with advancements in online ticketing technology and event management.
• Document client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong understanding of online ticketing systems and event management processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in customer service, consulting, or event management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret client needs effectively.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
