Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service support through phone, email, and chat communications in Spanish.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to fashion products, orders, and returns.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Guide customers in navigating the online shopping platform and provide product information.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product offerings to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in retail or the fashion industry, is preferred.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
