Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for streaming TV and movie services in German.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to their streaming experience.
• Educate customers about the features and functionalities of the streaming platform.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain a record for quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the entertainment or technology sector.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and dedication to providing a positive customer experience.
• A genuine interest in streaming TV and movie services.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative spirit to work within a team.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and platforms is a plus.
