Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Transportation Services Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support representative within our Transportation Services Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our transportation services, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language.
• Answer inquiries related to transportation services and assist customers with their needs.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
• Educate clients on the services offered and guide them in making informed decisions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the Transportation Services team to enhance customer experience.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) both spoken and written is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer support.
• Experience with customer service software is a plus.
