Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to subscriptions, account management, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently.
• Offer guidance and support regarding content access and streaming features.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the tech or entertainment industry, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team.
• A genuine interest in streaming services and entertainment technology is a plus.
