Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and social media platforms in Spanish.
• Assist users with inquiries related to online content and moderation policies.
• Address and resolve user complaints effectively and professionally.
• Guide users through content reporting processes and explain community guidelines.
• Document interactions and feedback for the enhancement of support services.
• Collaborate with the content moderation team to address any issues and improve user experience.

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or content moderation is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on user satisfaction.
• Ability to deal with sensitive content in a calm and professional manner.
• Willingness to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with online platforms and social media trends is beneficial.
