Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
• Assist customers with inquiries concerning transportation services, routes, and schedules.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Educate clients about available services and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to service quality enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
