Nordic Speaking Customer Care Specialist - Remote in Greece - Entry Level

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an entry-level position for a Nordic Speaking Customer Care Specialist based remotely in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service and who are fluent in Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish).

As a member of our customer service team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our Nordic-speaking clientele and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services tailored to the Nordic market.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve service skills.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish) and English.
• No prior customer service experience required; however, a customer-oriented mindset is essential.
• Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude toward helping others.
• Good problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software are a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• A positive team player who can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
