Czech speaking B2B Sales Representative - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential B2B clients via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Present product solutions and proposals that cater specifically to the requirements of businesses.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and support teams to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and deepen product knowledge.

• Fluency in Czech and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote environment.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other digital sales tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
