Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional service.
• Accurately document all support requests and resolutions within the ticketing system.
• Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Provide guidance and training to clients on how to effectively use products and services.

• Fluent in Czech and strong command of English.
• Prior experience in IT support or a relevant technical role is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in technology, e-commerce, or telecommunications is a plus.
