Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, changes, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Document interactions and feedback to contribute to service quality enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to improve processes and address complex issues.

• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English are essential.
