Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking content creators via email, phone, and chat.
• Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and inquiries about content creation tools and resources.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online content creation to offer valuable insights to customers.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the digital or content creation field.
