Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product information, order status, returns, and refunds.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and resolution.
• Work closely with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product offerings, company promotions, and policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in an online retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
