In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, assisting Dutch-speaking clients with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional support throughout their online shopping experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, products, and website navigation efficiently.
  • Assist customers with their online shopping experience, providing personalized recommendations and support.
  • Handle and escalate customer complaints professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance and future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with great organizational abilities.
  • Interest in E-commerce and familiarity with online shopping platforms is advantageous.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace for remote work.
