You will serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and needs related to their domestic products. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch, handling inquiries about product features, troubleshooting, and service requests for domestic appliances.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, guiding them to the best solutions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues that require specialized assistance and follow up on resolutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest product offerings, promotions, and brand policies to ensure accurate information delivery to customers.
  • Utilize empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of products and improve customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch is required, along with strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the domestic appliances or retail industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively and build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple inquiries in a remote work environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and inquiry management.
  • A passion for home appliances and readiness to learn about new product technologies will be advantageous.
