Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch, addressing inquiries related to domestic appliance products, orders, and support services.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's database.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer queries, maintaining open communication throughout the process.
• Stay knowledgeable about product features, specifications, and updates to provide informed support to customers.
• Engage proactively with customers, ensuring a personalized and positive interaction at every touchpoint.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills continuously.

• Fluency in Dutch with strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service or a relevant field is highly desirable, especially in appliances or retail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset dedicated to providing excellent service.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective and clear customer interactions.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills to manage inquiries and documentation consistently.
• A genuine interest in domestic appliances and technology is a plus; comprehensive training will be offered.
