Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness tech products.
• Address customer inquiries, assist with troubleshooting, and provide guidance on the use of fitness applications and devices.
• Document customer interactions meticulously in the support system for accurate record-keeping and analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and solutions for improving customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in fitness technology to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on the effective use of fitness technology tools.

• Fluency in Italian and a good command of English.
• Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the fitness or technology sectors.
• Strong interest in fitness and knowledge of fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
