Purple Rain is seeking a dynamic and passionate Support & Sales Specialist to join our growing team! This is a fully remote position that offers the exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' success while contributing to the growth of our company.
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support while identifying opportunities to expand their relationship with Purple Rain. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping them navigate our products and services, resolve issues, and achieve their business goals.
What you'll do:
- Champion Customer Success: Provide outstanding support to our customers through various channels (email, chat, phone) with a focus on timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Drive Sales: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Purple Rain products and services to existing customers.
- Product Expert: Develop a deep understanding of Purple Rain's offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Problem Solver: Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams when needed.
- Relationship Builder: Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, engineering) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other resources to improve customer self-service.
- Data Driven: Track key metrics and utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Bonus points:
- Experience with CRM software including hubspot
- Hands-on sales experience
- Familiarity with Zendesk and Intercom
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and driving sales.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning and using new software and tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
