In this pivotal role, you will provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers who utilize innovative fitness technology products. Your role will involve aiding clients with their technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and helping them make the most out of their fitness devices and applications. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology products.
• Diagnose and resolve a wide variety of technical issues related to fitness apps and wearable devices.
• Assist users with clear troubleshooting guides and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the support ticketing system.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and assist in product improvements.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in fitness technology to provide knowledgeable support and recommendations.
• Conduct effective training sessions for customers to help them utilize their fitness technology optimally.

• Fluency in Dutch and strong proficiency in English.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service, ideally in the fitness or technology sectors.
• A strong interest in fitness and a good understanding of fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, focused on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
