As a Roadside Assistance Specialist, you will provide essential support to our Dutch-speaking clients who encounter automotive issues, ensuring they receive swift, efficient, and effective assistance during challenging situations. Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients experiencing roadside difficulties.
• Evaluate the needs of customers and coordinate appropriate assistance with service providers.
• Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients throughout the service process.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and service requests for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure adherence to service standards and prompt response times.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer needs.
• Familiarity with automotive concepts and roadside assistance procedures is beneficial.
• Must be located in Greece and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
