Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers, managing inquiries and providing assistance.
• Engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Understand and communicate product and service details effectively to meet customer needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently to maximize satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements based on customer insights.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and to gather additional feedback.
• Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and inform service improvements.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or customer experience roles is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A keen interest in online media and knowledge of industry trends.
