Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients with technical inquiries through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a range of technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide clear and comprehensive guidance to clients, ensuring they understand the solutions provided.
• Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the support database.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive and efficient service.
• Keep updated on product knowledge and technology trends to enhance client support.

• Fluency in Dutch and strong proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with online media platforms and current technologies.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
