French Speaking Customer Care Specialist - Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is looking for a motivated French Speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our team and work remotely from Greece. In this role, you will be the front line in delivering outstanding customer service to our French-speaking clients. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in French.
• Provide assistance with product information, order processing, and account support.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction with the service provided.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
• Gather customer feedback to assist in improving services and customer engagement.
• Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and best customer care practices.

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, remote work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting information.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer support technologies is a plus.
