Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support to French-speaking online content creators.
  • Assist creators with questions about platform features, account management, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Document customer interactions and share insights to help improve service delivery and platform functionality.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent support across the platform.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features on the platform to offer accurate guidance to customers.
  • Promote a supportive environment that encourages creativity and collaboration among content creators.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service positions, preferably within online platforms or creative industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to exceptional customer care.
  • Ability to troubleshoot effectively and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Familiarity with customer support systems and online community management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for supporting content creators and promoting their work.
