Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly and accurately.
• Ensure a positive client experience through exceptional customer service practices.
• Document all support requests and solutions comprehensively in the ticketing system.
• Assist with system configurations, software installations, and updates for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Provide training and resources to clients to empower them in using their IT systems effectively.

• Fluency in German and a strong command of English.
• Relevant experience in IT support or a technical role is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in relevant sectors such as technology, e-commerce, or finance is a plus.
