Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary customer support in Norwegian, assisting clients with inquiries related to high-end domestic appliances, including troubleshooting and product information.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively, providing tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience with the brand.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly, maintaining accurate records for future reference and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex issues, ensuring clear communication and customer follow-up.
  • Stay knowledgeable about new product launches and features to provide informed recommendations and support to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs, ensuring a personalized approach to service.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge of domestic appliances and customer service techniques.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are a must.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the home appliances or luxury retail sector, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset dedicated to achieving satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with high-value customers.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing inquiries seamlessly.
  • A genuine interest in high-end domestic appliances and technology is a plus; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
