Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service support in Norwegian by addressing inquiries related to the streaming portal, including account management, content access, and technical issues.
  • Help customers navigate the platform effectively, ensuring they have a seamless user experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, providing detailed records for follow-up and further analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the process.
  • Stay informed about platform features, new content releases, and promotional offers to effectively inform customers.
  • Engage proactively with users to enhance their experience and encourage feedback on the platform.
  • Participate in training programs to continually improve service skills and product knowledge.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing inquiries and documentation.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for video content and streaming services is advantageous; comprehensive training will be provided.
