This role is perfect for individuals fluent in Polish who have a passion for technology and customer service. You will provide critical technical support to our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them in resolving their IT queries and ensuring they have a rewarding experience with our innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT-related inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Guide customers on effectively using our products and services to maximize their effectiveness.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records within the support system.
• Work collaboratively with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as necessary.
• Educate clients about new features, updates, and best practices relevant to their needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development to stay current on company offerings and industry trends.

• Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English are required.
• Experience in IT support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Familiarity with IT systems, applications, and helpdesk software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with team members.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
