Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, managing inquiries and providing them with assistance.
• Engage with customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to deliver accurate information and assistance.
• Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and gather additional insights.
• Analyze customer interactions and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• An interest in online media and familiarity with relevant industry trends.
