Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Spanish-speaking customers by providing clear and accurate information about electronic products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate records for future referencing.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to address complex customer issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
  • Engage actively with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge continually.
  • Fluency in Spanish, along with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or technology sector, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach to service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse customers.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A keen interest in electronics and a willingness to learn about new products and technologies are highly valued.
