Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding transportation services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and changes to transportation arrangements.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining precise records for future reference.
• Collaborate with the transportation team to ensure seamless service delivery and communication.
• Stay informed about transportation regulations, policies, and services to provide accurate information.
• Promote a positive customer experience by actively listening and responding to customer needs.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the transportation or travel sectors.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with booking systems and customer support tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
