Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding e-cigarette products and services.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, usage instructions, and troubleshooting issues effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and strive for quick resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to maintain an updated database and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide insights from customer feedback for future product development.
  • Stay current on e-cigarette products and trends to provide customers with informed support.
  • Promote a positive and engaging environment for customers exploring e-cigarette options.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the vaping or e-cigarette industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to independently address customer issues.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries.
  • Enthusiasm for vaping and a willingness to stay informed about industry developments.
