Your Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content in Spanish across multiple social media channels.
• Enforce community standards to ensure a respectful and safe online atmosphere.
• Engage and respond to user inquiries, maintaining a positive communication style.
• Analyze community interactions to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with fellow moderators and management to enhance operational strategies.
• Report insights and observations regarding user behavior and community dynamics.
• Document moderation activities and maintain accurate records of interactions.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on user experience.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in content moderation or relevant customer service roles is preferred.
• A genuine interest in social media trends and community management.
