Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to subscriptions, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating content.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical support and content teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Stay informed about the streaming service's features, updates, and new content to provide informed assistance to clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction with the service.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sectors.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Technical proficiency with online platforms and streaming services.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
