We’re seeking a dynamic SDR Manager to lead our team of six Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) across North America and EMEA. You’ll be reporting to the Sales Director of our Hi-Tech & Energy team, taking ownership of a high-volume, cold-calling environment that targets mid-market and enterprise-level prospects. While most of the team is based in our main office, one or two SDRs will work remotely from our Toronto location. If you’re passionate about coaching a sharp, coachable, but relatively inexperienced team—and you have a track record of success rising through the ranks from SDR or AE to Manager—we want to hear from you!
This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office. This role has the option to work hybrid throughout the week or fully in office.
