Hiring a BCBA to join our growing team in the Lynnwood, WA area! We cover clients all over the Snohomish and King County. Must be able to travel throughout both counties, especially to Renton and Kent areas.

YOUR VALUED ROLE

As an integral part of our team, you will assist the Clinical Director with including but not limited to

  • Hiring, training, supervising and developing Behavior Technicians
  • Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth.
  • Demonstrate a functional understanding of best practice in ABA clinical care in a quantitative and qualitative manner.
  • Provide Consultation and Support to families and children
  • Collaborate with Clinical Director on Program Development and Quality Assurance

HOW TO QUALIFY

  • BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in ABA field
  • Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Experience conducting assessments
  • Be a master problem-solver, ability to think globally and sound decision-making skills

Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

For Internal Candidates

Step 1: Ensure that you meet the following eligibility requirements

  • You are a current, regular full or part-time employee
  • You have been in your current position for at least 6 months. (Exceptions to this 6-month requirement can be made by your current supervisor and should be consistent with company business needs.)
  • Your performance meets established work standards in your current position.
  • You have not had any corrective action plans or following a performance improvement plan for your current position.
  • You meet the qualifications listed for the position on the job posting

Step 2: Complete an Internal Job Application under ADP Internal Career Center

Step 3: Submit a letter of recommendation from your current Clinical Director/ direct supervisor

Step 4: Candidates who are qualified will participate in an initial interview with the supervisor of the position. Finalists may participate in an additional interview, with an HR representative and/or with a manager. The selected person will be notified by the Talent Acquisition Team.
