Pavago is seeking a Cold Email Specialist to join our client’s team. This role combines expertise in cold email outreach and data operations to drive lead generation, manage large datasets, and streamline automation processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cold email marketing, data enrichment, CRM management, and automation tools like Smartlead, Apollo, Lusha, and Zapier.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Email Outreach: Build, launch, and optimize personalized cold email sequences, conduct A/B testing on subject lines and messaging, and track performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and bounce rates.
• Email Infrastructure Management: Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and inbox rotation for high deliverability, implement email warm-up strategies, and maintain sender reputation by proactively managing blacklists and issues.
• Contact Enrichment: Enrich contacts from tools like Clay and Prospeo to find quality leads.
• CRM & Automation: Manage and optimize CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive, automate data movement between platforms, and ensure seamless integration using Zapier or similar tools.
• Lead List Building & Qualification: Use scraping tools like Apollo, Lusha, and Sales Navigator to build targeted lead lists, segment audiences, and implement behavioral tracking to refine targeting.
• Campaign Execution & Tracking: Oversee cold email campaigns, ensuring accuracy in execution, tracking, and reporting. Continuously optimize outreach efforts based on performance data.

• Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in Smartlead, Instantly.ai, Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn automation, and Zapier.
• Strategic Thinking: Understanding of segmentation, personalization, and engagement strategies for outbound campaigns.
