What You’ll Do:
As our Inside Sales Agent, you’ll be the voice of our team, reaching out to homeowners and sparking conversations that lead to fantastic opportunities. Your daily adventures will include:
- Dialing Up Success: Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners, expired listings, and for-sale-by-owners. Your mission? To identify potential sellers and pre-qualify leads!
- Tech-Savvy Superstar: Utilize cutting-edge real estate dialers and CRM software to streamline your efforts and keep everything organized.
- Lead Detective: Screen and qualify leads based on homeowners' current situations and their interest in selling. Your keen instincts will help us find the hottest prospects!
- Team Player: Pass those qualified leads to our real estate agent for follow-up and conversion. You’ll be a crucial part of the sales process!
- Record Keeper Extraordinaire: Maintain detailed records of all call activities and lead information in our CRM system. Your attention to detail will keep us on track!
MUST HAVE:
- 1-2 years of experience as an Inside Sales Agent or in a similar lead generation role, ideally in the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with real estate-specific software and tools, including dialers and CRMs, is a must!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage homeowners effectively and build rapport.
- Strong time management skills to juggle a high volume of calls and leads without breaking a sweat.
- Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player in our lead generation efforts.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings, to connect with our target audience.
- Experienced in working with start-up companies/clients
