About Pavago:

Pavago seeks a Sales Development Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential leads through various prospecting strategies. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting outbound calls, prospecting leads, and setting appointments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a knack for building rapport with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify target markets, industries, and companies. Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Engage with prospects through personalized outreach to initiate conversations and build relationships. Utilize various tools and techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking to generate leads.
  • Qualifying Leads: Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company's ideal customer profile. Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation activities and campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on lead generation performance and key metrics. Continuously optimize lead generation processes and approach based on data-driven insights.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit: 

  • Experience: 2 years of proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding and experience in the Tech world and the Enterprise field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Independence: Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Reliability: Reliable internet and access to relevant sales and research tools.

Required Skills & Tools:

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Dripify, CRM platforms, daily reporting, and Slack.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

As an SDR, your day will be spent researching potential clients, prospecting on LinkedIn and Apollo, engaging with prospects, understanding product and solution propositions, and tracking/reporting your outreach efforts. You’ll collaborate with the team to refine strategies and ensure high-quality lead generation.

  • Initial Phone Call: A quick discussion to understand your experience and qualifications.
  • Video Interview: A more in-depth conversation about your skills, approach to patient coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Final Interview: A comprehensive discussion with the hiring team to ensure a mutual fit.
  • Background Check: Verification of experience and references.
