Web Delivery Coordinator

The role is about:

We are looking for a Web Delivery Coordinator to support our Marketing team in managing development initiatives. This role will focus on projects like company websites, demo sites, and digital campaigns, ensuring a seamless user experience and maintaining the performance of key digital assets.

As a Web Delivery Coordinator, you will coordinate stakeholders from design, content, development, QA, and other teams to deliver high-quality projects that align with the company’s business objectives. Each project will be treated as a standalone initiative, and you will be responsible for putting together all the pieces of the puzzle from a business perspective.

You will also join a team of experienced Delivery Managers focused on Product deliveries, offering an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and broaden your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will:

• Oversee end-to-end website project management, ensuring smooth coordination across design, content, development, and QA teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with broader business objectives.

• Coordinate pre- and post-launch tasks for the website developer, focusing on facilitating design deliverables, resolving dependencies, and preparing for successful launches.

• Facilitate translation processes for multilingual projects, ensuring consistency and accuracy across languages, including SEO optimization for each language.

• Centralize and manage ongoing projects such as SEO updates, localization efforts, and digital campaign support.

• Plan for scalability and security, identifying and mitigating risks like content inconsistencies or technical issues.

• Act swiftly in crisis situations (e.g., website downtime or campaign glitches) to minimize disruptions.

• Regularly report on project status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the process.

What we need:

• 1–2 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably working with Marketing, Creative, or Web Development teams.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira or other project management tools.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban).

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Experience in coordinating QA processes for websites, including testing forms, tracking events, and ensuring responsiveness.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with website performance optimization techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and align stakeholders.

• A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

A online video discussion for 45-60 minutes with the Senior Delivery Manager (Hiring Manager) focused on diving deeper into your experience and skills.

3️⃣ Technical Assignment
A take-home test designed to showcase your skills. You’ll have up to 5-7 days to complete it in a single attempt (estimated time: 60-90 minutes).

4️⃣ Final Behavioral Interview
A online video discussion of 45-60 minutes focused on team fit and collaboration with our Senior Delivery Manager, Head of TA and CTO. This is your chance to dive deeper into our culture and align on expectations.
