CJ Training Specialist

We’re looking for:
A full-time Training Specialist who is passionate about quality and has an analytical mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

• Provide onboarding and upskill training for our Customer Journey team members
• Identify training needs, develop and implement tailored training plans for individual staff members, focusing on areas such as product knowledge, excellency in customer service, communication, teamwork and problem solving. 
• Assess the effectiveness of training and development initiatives and adjust as needed to ensure maximum impact.
• Leverage the latest learning technology and market best practices for enriching current learning and development practices
• Lead and mentor the local OJT team
• Analyzing escalations and driving case studies when relevant
• Observe and track performance providing feedback and instructions enabling continuous improvement and independence
• Maintain training metrics and reports and present to management team

For this role you are also:

• Have minimum 3 years experience in training
• Detail orientated
• Customer centric
• Curious and receptive to patterns and trends
• Organized and methodic
• Thrive in an independent set up
• Comfortable providing constructive feedback to others
• Take initiative to understand and explore new training methods
• You also have:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong sense of accountability
  • Analytical mindset
