About The Role:
A Marketing Operations Associate II at Paytient is responsible for implementing and managing marketing campaigns, tools, and processes to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in product, account management, operations, customer support, and analytics to improve and execute the company's marketing strategy. The day-to-day tasks in this role include managing marketing automation platforms, developing and executing email marketing campaigns, managing data and analytics, and ensuring marketing campaigns are aligned with company goals and brand guidelines. The Marketing Operations Associate II must have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a solid understanding of marketing technology and digital marketing channels.
