About The Role: 

A Marketing Operations Associate II at Paytient is responsible for implementing and managing marketing campaigns, tools, and processes to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in product, account management, operations, customer support, and analytics to improve and execute the company's marketing strategy. The day-to-day tasks in this role include managing marketing automation platforms, developing and executing email marketing campaigns, managing data and analytics, and ensuring marketing campaigns are aligned with company goals and brand guidelines. The Marketing Operations Associate II must have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a solid understanding of marketing technology and digital marketing channels.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns using a marketing automation platform (we use Iterable)
  • Meet and collaborate with stakeholders for various member-facing initiatives.
  • Coordinate testing and subsequent reporting for email, SMS, direct mail, and app notifications
  • Assist with enhancing the processes that we use to create and launch campaigns
  • Become a power user and champion of high-performing member communication
  • Form imaginative and innovative ideas on the channels and messaging we use to engage with members

About You:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience with marketing campaigns, building emails, and using cross-channel platforms
  • You are driven to test in search of better-performing collateral
  • For you, learning about how and why marketing teams make decisions is just as crucial as putting those decisions in motion
  • Introductory understanding of marketing automation tools and how they enable large-scale yet personalized communication.
  • You can quickly understand how different platforms communicate with each other.
  • You’re a team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • You’re an excellent written and verbal communicator, able to maintain our brand standards and contribute positively to our team culture.
