Associate General Dentist

Apple Tree Dental is growing and looking to add a General Dentist to our practice who is passionate about their work. About the Role:

The ideal General Dentist candidate will have a strong clinical background and at least three years of hands-on experience. You should be proficient in all aspects of restorative and diagnostic dentistry, be Invisalign certified, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care. As a Lead General Dentist, you will oversee daily operations and ensure that our patients' experiences remain at the forefront of everything we do. This role is perfect for a dentist seeking leadership responsibilities within a well-established and growing practice.

Our office operates as a PPO and FFS practice, and we provide a supportive environment with modern technology, allowing you to focus on patient care and leadership rather than administrative tasks.

Competitive Compensation: Receive a highly competitive compensation package, with a monthly base salary or a 30-33% commission based on total collections.

Comprehensive Staffing Support: Our team includes a dedicated office manager with over 14 years of industry experience, skilled dental assistants (EDDA), full-time dental hygienists, regional managers, and teams for marketing, accounts receivable, and new patient scheduling/insurance verification.

Requirements

DDS or DMD

AEGD or GPR is a plus

Two or more years of hands-on clinical experience

BLS Certification

DEA Certification

Desire to work a FT 4-day week schedule
