Account Executive Representative (B2B StartUp) - Hybrid

Work Arrangement: 9 to 5 EST.

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor.

Salary Range: Up to $1,800 per month, plus comissions.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.

Locations: Hybrid, open to candidates in Bogotá, Colombia.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive at this dynamic construction SaaS company, you’ll be at the forefront of driving B2B sales in the US market. Your role will focus on converting trial users into long-term subscribers, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform. By leveraging your sales expertise and fluency in English, you’ll connect with contractors, demonstrate the app’s transformative potential, and build meaningful client relationships.

Your Impact
You’ll play a critical role in accelerating growth by increasing subscription rates, streamlining user adoption, and contributing directly to the company’s mission of empowering construction professionals to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate expertise and comprehensive understanding of our product, it’s features, and it’s core value proposition.
    • Leverage your product knowledge to drive user engagement, activation, and conversion from the Trial period into subscribers.
    • Guide Users through specific actions and features within the product that are correlated with conversion success (Activation).
    • Provide personalized support and guidance to help Users maximize the value they derive from the product during the trial period.
    • Actively monitor user progress and intervene when necessary to address barriers to Activation.
    • Conduct quick and compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of individual Users.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product and address any objections or concerns raised by Users.
    • Utilize objection handling techniques to overcome hesitations and build confidence in the decision to subscribe.
    • Facilitate subscription starts by guiding Users through the payment process over the phone or through online channels.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Must-Have:

  • Fluent English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active Listening & Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proactive Communication: Confidence in managing high-touch interactions daily.
  • Adaptability & Coachability: Open to feedback and adaptable to fast-peaced enviroments. 

Nice-to-Have:

  • SaaS sales experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, HubSpot, and Stripe.
  • Experience in the construction or tech industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and refine sales strategies.
