Provider Sales Specialist (US Radiology Network)

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, Monday to Friday, with flexibility

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM EST

Locations: Remote, open to candidates worldwide with availability during Eastern Time hours.

Role Overview:

As a Provider Sales Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding the company’s presence in the healthcare industry. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients, ensuring a strong pipeline for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Research and identify key decision-makers at hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers.
    • Use outbound strategies (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to engage prospects.
    • Maintain a strong, active pipeline of potential clients.
  • Qualification & Outreach
    • Conduct high-quality discovery calls to assess prospect needs.
    • Educate potential clients on OneImaging’s value proposition and cost-saving benefits.
    • Set up qualified appointments for Account Executives.
  • CRM & Reporting
    • Maintain detailed records of outreach and interactions in HubSpot.
    • Track KPIs (calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, conversion rates).
    • Continuously refine targeting and messaging for higher engagement.
  • Collaboration & Feedback
    • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
    • Provide feedback on prospect objections and industry trends.
    • Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.

Week 1 – Immediate Tasks & Onboarding:

  • Complete the Company's product & industry training.
  • Gain proficiency in HubSpot CRM & outreach tools.
  • Develop a target account list and begin initial outreach.
  • Shadow sales calls to understand prospect pain points.
  • Conduct mock prospecting sessions for script refinement.

Must-Haves:

  • 1+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience (healthcare preferred).
  • Strong cold-calling & email outreach skills.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in medical imaging, healthcare sales, or radiology solutions.
  • Background in care coordination
  • Understanding of B2B healthcare sales cycles.
  • Experience working with hospital decision-makers.
