Position Summary:

Perforce is searching for a Business Systems Analyst, Manager to join our dynamic Business Applications team. As a Manager and Principal Business Systems Analyst, you will lead the charge for a talented team of BSAs to understand complex business needs and translate them into effective business technology solutions in our business application ecosystem, with a focus on Salesforce.

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for developing and leading high performing teams, a drive for operational excellence, who excels at building relationships, and can collaborate with both our business and technical teams to provide innovative and meaningful change to our systems and processes. As a leader of the team, this person will coach and mentor a team of BSAs, work with other leaders on the Business Applications team to prioritize projects, establish industry-leading best practices, and own intricate business systems optimization and enhancement projects. 

• Coach, mentor, support and lead a team of Business Systems Analysts.
• Act as principal analyst for high impact cross-functional initiatives.
• Gather and document business challenges, goals and requirements from stakeholders.
• Provide best practices for team on process and requirement documentation, and communicating updates and status to stakeholders and leadership
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Lead cross-functional projects by owning communications, timelines, requirements alignment, resource coordination and involvement from all impacted groups
• Coordinate with team on incoming requests to ensure alignment across all workstreams
• Collaborate with business systems admins and developers to translate business needs into system and process solutions.
• Define testing scenarios, perform QA, and coordinate UAT with stakeholders 
• Assist power users and business operations teams with materials for training 
• Lead BSA efforts on acquisition and integration related migrations for our business applications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with 5+ of those years working with Salesforce.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce functionality and best practices.
• Strong background in working with sales teams and understanding their processes.
• Familiarity with common business applications (e.g. data sourcing, biling/invoicing, reporting/analytics, and automation tools)
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach team members to high performance while establishing a collaborative and fun environment
• Experience leading effective and collaborative meetings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated and driven towards growth and continuous improvement
• Strong attention to detail and expert in best practices for documenting/mapping business processes and technical requirements.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Salesforce Admin or BA certifications are a plus, but not required.
