About the role:


Petvisor is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead and develop a team of SDRs who will drive highly qualified pipeline for all of PetDesk services. The Sales Development Manager will hire, coach, develop, and lead a team of sales development representatives to create qualified first sales calls for Account Executives. We want a self-starter with experience in outbound sales, excellent leadership skills, and impeccable interviewing and assessment abilities. Reporting to Petvisor’s VP of Sales, you will work closely with our GTM teams to develop the outbound prospecting strategy and drive initiatives to achieve sales objectives, build pipeline, and achieve individual and team quotas. The ideal candidate will love solving challenges, motivating their team, and constantly improving the sales process and conversion rates.


Note: We will only consider candidates in the greater Raleigh, NC area willing to work in the office 5 days a week.

About you:
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS Sales or Sales Development with a consistent record of quota overachievement
  • Hyper familiar with SalesForce CRM or other compatible CRM. Bonus for time spent with tools like HubSpot, Revenue.io, Gong, etc
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams, showcasing the ability to hire and develop people
  • Consultative selling and closing experience, preferably in a remote, inside sales environment
  • Able to tackle new and unexpected challenges with fearlessness and a focus on finding results
  • Ability to command the respect of a hungry team and build a collaborative environment


$145,000 - $157,000 a year
80,000 -92,000 base + 65k in on target earnings
