Marketing Agency Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our fast-growing cold email lead generation agency. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and execution of our client campaigns, which leverage the latest AI and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding and setup of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation of our processes
• Coordinate with our AI/tech contractors to execute email outreach, lead generation, and other marketing activities for clients
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, and make optimizations as needed
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address questions/concerns, and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our founder and Client Success Manager to align on client needs and expectations
• Document and continuously improve our operational workflows and SOPs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing project management or operations role, ideally in a B2B lead generation or digital agency environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both clients and internal teams
• Proficient with ClickUp/ Asana or Trello, Slack, Notion, project management tools, CRMs, and marketing automation platforms
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing technologies like Clay, Instantly, Smartlead and tools is a HUGE plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
