We are seeking a UI Developer to join our team in Herndon, VA. In this role, you will design and implement intuitive, responsive, and visually compelling user interfaces for mission-critical software applications. As part of a collaborative and innovative team, you will play a key role in delivering solutions that directly support defense and intelligence missions.
This role is on-site in Herndon OR Chantilly, VA. Candidate must hold an active DoD TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI with polygraph.

•Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web applications.
•Collaborate with UX designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of user interfaces.
•Implement modern design principles, ensuring accessibility, scalability, and performance across devices and platforms.
•Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
•Optimize applications for maximum performance and usability.
•Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues, ensuring robust and reliable user experiences.
•Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in UI/UX development and recommend innovative solutions.
•Adhere to security and compliance standards required for working in defense and
intelligence environments.
Required Qualifications.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility to obtain and maintain a CI Poly.
•Minimum six (6) + years of experience in UI development for web applications.
•Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
•Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
•Experience with version control tools, such as Git.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications.
•Familiarity with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
•Experience with geospatial or satellite imagery applications.
•Knowledge of Agile development practices and tools like JIRA.
•Understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end interfaces with back-end services.
•Prior experience supporting DoD or intelligence community programs.
